TERMITE INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT 

I. INJECTION SYSTEM  
Methods: Chemical Barrier System (CBS) :

a. For buildings not yet built (Pre-Construction Building)  

b. For buildings that were constructed (Post-Construction Building) Pest Coverage: All Types Land Termites (Subterranean Termites)

WORK PROCEDURES 

Procedure of work will be done in the following manner:
1. Pre-Construction
a. Treatment Foundation (Foundation) Intended to create a barrier layer to an underground colony of termites can not enter the building through the foundation / floor. Implementation stages as follows: i. Conducted spraying into the excavation of foundations and foundation walls as much as + 5 liter/m2. ii. Performed after spraying the embankment foundation installed in stages until the entire foundation is covered by embankment.
a. Soil Treatment (ground floor) Intended to protect the entire floor of buildings from termites to the possibility of rising in the future. Implementation stages as follows: i. Spraying carried out after the process is completed and land urugan demolished to create a working floor. Spraying can also be done when the soil was backfilled with sand embankment work floor. ii. Conducted spraying in the upper layers of embankment on the floor of the building as much as + 5 liter/m2.
a. Wood Treatment (Wood) Intended to coat the wood with in-Termiticide before finishing to prevent future attacks. Implementation stages as follows: i. Carried out resurfacing / spraying Termiticide on all the wood sill that has not been painted on buildings, according to the stages of development. ii. Carried out resurfacing / spraying Termiticide on all timber roof structure that is on the horses and the ceiling before reinstalling with the aim that resurfacing / spraying can be more thorough. iii. Termiticide solution that will be sprayed on the wood as much as 0.3 ltr/m2.

1. Post-Construction
a. Treatment Foundation (Foundation) Intended to create a barrier layer to an underground colony of termites can not enter the building through the foundation / floor. Implementation stages as follows: i. The drilling floor (diameter 8 mm) on both sides of the foundation wall every 30-40 cm, with 5 ltr liquid/m1 according to the conditions in the field. ii. Termiticide solution and then injected into each hole ± (2 liters) to form a bond of barrier layer in the soil. iii. Made the closing holes with similar colored cement floor with color. 

WARRANTY  

Warranty form of warranty work at no charge if re-enactment during the warranty period are still found in the incidence of subterranean termites (Subterranean Termite) in a building that has been done previously controlled. We are not guaranteed of damage neither the replacement of buildings and goods. This warranty will fall if there are additional buildings and / new building materials that contain wood without confirmed prior us. In accordance with the DPP IPPHAMI (Association of Indonesian Pest Control Company), dated October 1, 1997, then the term of the warranty that the termite control official in Indonesia to the building is finished being built with the condition of the buildings are covered cement floor, is for three years commencing since the control work began to be implemented. While for buildings not yet built is the fifth year since since the control work began.
